Cero Mackerel fishing guide
歯が鋭く、細いラインは一瞬で切られる。銀色のルアーを高速で引くと猛然と食ってくる。身は締まっていて塩焼きにもセビーチェにも良い。
Razor teeth that will part light line instantly. Burn a silver lure past them and the strike is savage. Firm, clean flesh that grills well and makes good ceviche.

セロサワラの釣り方（手順）
① 流れの出口に立つ
防波堤の先端や水路の出口。潮が小魚を押し出す場所にサワラは待っている。
The tip of a breakwater or the mouth of a channel — anywhere tide flushes bait out, cero are waiting.
② 速く引く
投げて着水したらすぐ高速リトリーブ。止めるとチェイスをやめる。
Start cranking the moment it lands and keep it fast — pause and they lose interest.
③ 歯に備える
短いワイヤーを必ず入れる。ランディング時も口元に指を入れない。
Always run the short wire trace, and never put fingers near the mouth when landing.
④ すぐ冷やす
身が柔らかくなりやすい。締めてすぐ氷に入れると刺身でもいける。
The flesh softens fast. Bleed it and get it on ice straight away and it is good enough for sashimi.
釣り方のコツ
ワイヤーリーダーは短く（15cm程度）。長すぎると見切られ、無いと確実に切られる。
Keep the wire short — about 15cm. Longer and they see it; without it you will simply get bitten off.
